"We needed to have six large, irregular windows replaced which would not have been too bad but they happened to be encased/trimmed out in stone; it was not going to be an easy job and we were not looking forward to what it might entail to even get the job done. There was a strong possibility that most of the stone would have to be replaced which would involve having a stone mason come in after the installation and reset the stone. We had received estimates from two glass companies, one of which didn't even want to attempt the job, the other company didn't respond back to us for weeks, so we put the project on the back burner.
In January of this year we had Joe Mulroney with Premier Glass install a new glass shower door and were extremely pleased with the installation which Joe did, so we asked him if he would consider giving us a quote on the six replacement windows. After inspecting the windows he stated it would be tricky due to the surrounding stone but he was confident he would be able to do the replacements even with the these issues. He told us he would have a quote to us as soon as possible and as he promised, he did. His prices were extremely reasonable especially considering he would have to make an hour drive both ways. 
Joe scheduled our window replacement installation for today, and unsure of how long it would take or the issues he would face, he was here early and had the job done in a little over 4 hours!! There were absolutely no problems, the windows came out of the casings cleanly and without a hitch - no issues with the stones. The new windows look fabulous, Joe's quality of work is outstanding. 
Joe is a professional in every sense of the word. He has an excellent work ethic, very pleasant to talk to and deal with, he also insured our home was clean (probably cleaner!) when he finished his work.
